My focus currently is on both interior and exterior mural projects of all sizes. I use a combination of acrylic and spray paint for both commercial and residential buildings.

I am always striving for bigger, more intricate projects, no request is too big or obsurd!

My mural pricing is based on square footage, ranging from $10 to $75+ per square foot, depending on a number of factors including size, design complexity, interior or exterior location, wall accessibility, equipment rental, and surface texture. Because of this, no two murals are the same and are priced individually after review.

Residential projects start at a minimum of $3,500, while commercial mural work begins at $4000. However, I am happy to work with your budget, no matter how big or small.

Payments are split into two: a 20% deposit at contract signing, with the remainder due upon project completion or as otherwise agreed in your payment plan in the mural contract.

The pricing covers all materials, project management, labor, and includes three digital designs and renderings for your selection. All quotes will offer options for low, medium, and high complexity designs.

Designing initial mock-ups begin once the initial 20% deposit is paid. Any rough drafts or mock-up designs requested prior to deposit will be charged at $50 per design.

Additional designs beyond the first three versions will be charged at $100 per design/mockup.

As chill or as exciting as you want it to be! I can be a silent mouse in your home whilst you work or relax or I can keep you entertained with my endless yapping, English accent and terrible dance moves.

I also have experience working with grants, city officials, court systems and a range of ages - I thrive in community engagement and if this is something that can be integrated into your project (community paint days are my favorite!) then please let me know upon initial contact.

Every mural is so unique it really is hard to quote due to complexity.

On lower end complexities, expect roughly 3-4 days per 100-200 sqft. walls, and a week per wall on more complex designs. If you’re having me paint a masterpiece, please don’t reach out the month before!

Any hard deadlines must be made explicit at the time of contact so I can ensure our schedules can align .

I may use one. of my extremely talented assistants on larger jobs, particularly for blocking in background colors etc. but know I will oversee all project management so it is up to the high standards I put my name on. This helps me stay on track with my estimated timelines while life inevitably happens around my work.
